How We Sell Your Business:

You sign an agreement with us to sell which explains all the terms and conditions of sale as well as the price you want and our commission. 2. Marketing
We begin a media marketing campaign including print, our web site and in some cases video and radio. 3. Presentation Package:
As part of the marketing campaign we will develop a complete presentation kit for your business including photos, background and financials to give to qualified buyers. 4. Interview Buyers:
We will interview prospective, qualified buyers then bring them to you to meet you and see your business. 5. Offer:
We will prepare and present you with an offer to purchase your business from our buyer. 6. Landlord/Lease Issues:
If there are any, we will work to facilitate all leasing issues which must be part of your deal. 7. Escrow/Closing:
We will handle all the details of the escrow and closing of the sale for you and provide you with a check. |
