I had the honor and privilege of working with DAVID ALDRIDGE in a matter recently relating to the sale of my dry cleaning business.  He was highly recommended to me as someone in the business who could do the job, when I needed someone to help me sell mine.  I was told that he is proficient in selling businesses and has the knowledge and experience in this particular and specialized field.

 I was impressed the first time David came to see me to look over the operation.  He knew what to look for and what the important facts of such a sale were.  He was casual in his manner and was not pushy or demanding.  Soon he had my confidence and I asked him to list it.  He explained the details of such an endeavor to my satisfaction.

David did his best to advertise or promote the business and used all options available to him to make it known to any prospective buyer.  When a buyer came along, he was there to explain what was needed, who needed to do what and what the usual sales procedures are.  He did a lot of the “legwork” in talking to the escrow attorney and arranging the signing of the contract and sale of the business.
